Banana Cake







 Ingredients

Unbleached bread flour - 3 cups

baking powder - 1 1/4 tsp

salt - 1/2 tsp

unsalted butter - 2 stick

sugar - 2 cups

eggs- 2 

vanilla extract - 2 tsp

banana - 3

buttermilk - 1/2 cup

Recipe

In a bowl , mix flour, baking powder and salt 

in another bowl, beat butter till fluffy 

Add sugar , beat till it is light and fluffy 

Add eggs , one at a time

Add vanilla and mashed bananas

beat until incorporated

Mix dry and wet ingredients  in parts and fold and mix

bake the cake for 30-40 minutes till done
